Growing up, Sasha's obsession with the culinary world and food started early, emulating well-known chefs on TV. She spent summers with her father in Europe while he was there for work, exposing her to extended, wine-accompanied meals and daily visits to cheese mongers, butchers, and bakers. Back in the U.S., Sasha continued cooking, eventually becoming a private chef. A pivotal trip to Napa Valley convinced her not to pursue law school and to instead focus on food and wine.Soon after, she met the mentor who introduced her to the world of sommeliers. She earned her certification two years later and began working as a Wine Director at Napa Valley’s top resorts.

Today, Sasha brings her expertise to Cosette Wine Bar & Bottleshop in Studio City. Set in the renovated Shops at Sportsmen’s Lodge (inside of Rolling Greens), Cosette isn't just a destination; it's an experience crafted by Sasha's passion and dedication, where European charm meets Californian approachability.
